art vs. propaganda

recovering...

I'm in the process of recovering from quite an exhausting week.  It was one of those weeks where I was working much the same schedule as, say, an O.R. doctor...insane hours...no spare time...needing to be in six places at once...

Strangely enough, I both hated and loved my work week...hated it because of the massive numbers of hours worked, not being able to see Holly as much, the pressure of producing creative works in a short timespan . . . but loved it because I'm passionate about my work, can be inspiringly creative and get salary pay, coordinating with other people to put together a really wonderful, celebrative production.  

And, now that it's over, I'm in detox mode...allowing my mind and body to slumber and vegg for a few days...before jumping back in with both feet.  Christmas is only four months away...
